You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use classes and learning materials only for personal educational purposes. A parent or guardian is responsible for a minor student's participation and account.

Class availability depends on teacher schedules and timezones. Please join on time with a suitable internet connection. Cancellations and rescheduling should be made as early as possible; repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the lesson being treated as used.

Paid plans renew according to the interval and price shown at checkout. Lemon Squeezy processes payments as the merchant of record. You are responsible for reviewing checkout details and keeping payment information current.

Students, guardians, and teachers must communicate respectfully. Harassment, misuse of meeting links, sharing account access, unlawful activity, or conduct that puts another person at risk may lead to suspension or termination.

Teaching is provided for Quran and Islamic education. Progress differs by student and depends on attendance, practice, and individual circumstances; specific learning outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

We may update schedules, teachers, features, or these terms when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be communicated through the website or account email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the academy is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party service outages, or issues caused by a user's device or internet connection. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
