Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a free trial so you can discuss goals, scheduling, and teacher fit before purchasing a paid plan. Please review the plan frequency and price shown at checkout.

Contact us as soon as possible with the account email, plan, and reason for your request. We review requests fairly based on lessons already delivered or reserved, the billing date, and any technical or service issue reported to us.

You may request cancellation of future renewals at any time. A cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for a period that has already begun. Any eligibility shown by Lemon Squeezy at checkout or required by applicable consumer law will still apply.

If the academy cannot provide a paid lesson and cannot arrange a reasonable replacement, we will offer rescheduling, account credit, or another appropriate remedy.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method by Lemon Squeezy. Bank and card processing times vary and are outside the academy's control.
