Al Mahmood Quran Academy was founded in 2011 with a simple yet profound vision: to bridge the gap between traditional Islamic scholarship and the modern, globalized Muslim family. We recognized that while many parents in Western countries deeply desired for their children to learn the Quran with proper Tajweed, finding qualified, reliable, and engaging teachers locally was often a challenge.
What started as a small initiative with just three teachers has now grown into a global online academy, serving over 2,000 active students across 50+ countries. Our growth has been entirely organic, fueled by the trust of parents who saw visible, remarkable improvements in their children's recitation and character.
